DEDICATED TO PEOPLE
There is an incredible power that a human being can uncover when finding ways to reconnect with one's Higher Self. I strongly believe in combining spirituality with mental health to achieve the ultimate state of fulfillment and peace. I've been in the Mental Health field since 2012 and have earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with people in crisis, with mental health disorders, and substance use disorders. I spent years studying and practicing alternative healing modalities, including sacred plant medicine work, integration, sound healing therapy, light therapy, energy work, and spiritual guidance.
Shared Intelligence and New Code of Ethics (SINCE) started in 2008, which is when my independent journey began. I was only 18, fresh off the boat, and had no idea what this country would have in store for me. I didn't speak English, I didn't have any money, and my family was an ocean away. I had to grow up quickly and face many struggles including abuse, domestic violence, and addiction.
My specialties include General Mental Health, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, Personal Growth, Existential Crisis, and Spiritual Guidance.
In 2017, another major shift took place; I was brought and anchored into a Spiritual Realm. I did a lot of work with Sacred Medicines where deep healing takes place. I've studied sacred medicine work, science of sound healing, shamanism, other religions, and energy work. I continue to guide people through this spiritual practice and provide help with integration and continuous healing.
The most important thing that I have learned from this journey through my professional practice is that all of us need balance. This balance is to equally develop our spiritual, psychological, and physical Self.
At SINCE we emphasize the balance between the way of the heart and mind so that the ultimate well-being can be achieved.
