- Identify the emotional or somatic issue you’d like to work on
- Rate its intensity to create a baseline
- Use guided statements as we gently tap on meridian points (like the side of the hand, eyebrows, temples, under the eyes, etc.)
- Track shifts in emotional response, physical sensations, and subconscious beliefs
- Integrate what emerges with reflection, breathwork, or Reiki (if desired)
