Crazy energies, dramatic changes, universal cleansing. There is a truth to it..
But none of this will stick or bring a long-lasting change if we keep turning to the same old behaviors that we had yesterday. Today looks the same as yesterday; we work from home, eat, sleep, see the same faces, may be doing some slightly useless exercises..
But we don’t have to remain the same because the world is stuck. And we don’t have to try to change BIG because everyone is talking about something so dramatic.
What can we change today within ourselves? What is a small and measurable step that we can take so that we become better? Can we shift just ONE limiting belief about life or ourselves? Can we add just ONE extra routine into our life’s schedule?
Today is THE DAY even if it looks like yesterday. Today is THE DAY so that tomorrow can be different even if the world didn’t change a thing.
We can wake up with the same garbage and limitations in our head, or we can wake up naked and ready to be dressed in different concepts!
The implementation of this plan in my own life:I began meditating every morning (before it was during the day and at night). It was a tremendous step since I am lazy when I wake up and it takes me longer to get out of a sleepy state. And by the end of the quarantine, I will be able to even sit when I do it
Small steps go a long way!
