Road rage or killing is a sin…

….Those of us who have to deal with “disrespectful” people on the streets know the thrill. Especially, when it’s a daily practice for people living in South Florida…

The desire to scream at someone who cut you off or even end in the bottom of their car can definitely be intense. In reality, however, we would not likely to do that; otherwise, we shouldn’t probably have the driver’s license in a first place. Those who drive around like maniacs got theirs clearly without passing mental health exam…

Our angry outbursts, however, damage no one but ourselves… experiencing such severe stress makes our poor amygdala work super hard, Adrenalin is popping and such level of cortisol is equal to us surviving a lion attack. Thinking spiritually about such situations is hard, especially for those entrepreneurs who are late to an important business meeting, but it’s still possible. It is clearly another lesson to see that we did not master our emotional reactions and have some ground to work on. Daily!!

But in reality, it’s always better to be safe, even if the only choices we got is either to be on time or arrive alive. Choose wisely or it may be the last decision we make to.

P.S. for those who didn’t pass the mental health exam; stop texting while driving; you CANNOT multitask. No, you are not an exception..
.

And, I love you!
