Being centered and collected brings sophistication to every gesture and every word

How do you want to be seen? Do you like the way you are? The way you behave, talk, walk? If the answer is yes, then you are one of not many. All of us develop our personality through life experiences; we learned gestures, words, mimic from modeling or observing others. Then, we continuously practiced it and, at the end, we built who we are today. But we also learned different thought patterns, which we gathered into our beliefs, and now they successfully govern our overall state of being and our emotions. It’s very well known that our thoughts are the beginning of all diseases. Luckily, this is the only thing in our life that we will ever have any control over and so, it can be fixed. That’s how cognitive-behavioral therapy was created to change people’s lives. But all of those internal and external processes of our personality are so well rehearsed by now, that we don’t even think about the ways WE ARE. They are automatic. The process of change (if we admit that we need it), indeed, will take lots of time, but it’s possible and will be so worth it. We are not going deep into the whole process of change, as one caption will never be enough to even cover an introduction to it. But it will always start from the same two things; admitting that we want and need to change, and growing an awareness of those automatic processes that require our attention. When we work towards strengthening our awareness, we call our energy back to us; we become more centered and collected in our ways. When that happens, we begin to slow down and truly tune into our internal processes and how we project them through our gestures, movements and words. The more control we gain over our reactions to the external stimuli, the more sophisticated our being will become. Remember, we would never see a queen or a king who is not in control of his/her BEING. And, I love you!
