The idea that we should be grateful every day is very well known. And it’s that much known because it works; being genuinely grateful for what we have, brings even more things to be grateful for as well as a deep feeling of satisfaction. But by living in materialistic country/society/world, we also constantly want more and feel that we never have enough… We are surrounded by beliefs that we can’t be happy until we have «that». Or if we don’t reach a certain level or a certain standard created by society – we are not worthy. And we fall into that consciousness without even knowing. At the same time, we hear from other “enlightened” minds: “What do you mean you are not happy? You have so many things to be grateful for, look at that homeless/disabled person, that’s a true problem right there”! And we start thinking to ourselves: ”Damn, they are so right….. I have so many things to be grateful for!! If I lose even that “little” or “lots” that I have, how will I feel then??? God, please forgive me… I am grateful, very grateful, super grateful, I am the luckiest person”.
But the problem is that the feeling is also very important when manifestation takes place… And the fear that goes along with the thought of losing something may be much stronger despite the number of times we repeat how lucky we are… We may try to trick our mind, but we will not trick the Universe… When we “know” we are in lack, that’s what we feel, but start affirming how grateful we are, no good will come. And it happens because we don’t practice appreciation often.
Today, let’s put aside those things that may cloud our vision.. Lets find those moments we are genuinely grateful for and stop comparing it to everything and everyone around. Consistent appreciation of good in our life will help us establish new thinking and feeling patterns and, therefore, take us out of the misery of being in lack and/or fear.

And, I love you!
